House Clearance

We offer a free no obligation appointment where we will honestly advise on the most cost effective way to proceed. We will confirm which items are saleable and which will need to be disposed of.

When clearing we can sometime find lost family items such as photographs, important documents (birth certificates, last will and testaments, share certificates etc) and return these to family members.

Unless instructed otherwise, in a typical house clearance, we will leave carpets. If you require carpets to be removed, please inform us.

We can’t remove certain Hazardous Materials, including paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, food, medical or biological waste or any toxic substances. This also includes computer monitors, televisions and fridges or freezers. On these rare occasions, we may request that you telephone the local council to collect fridges, freezers and any other items that we are not able to dispose of due to legislative restrictions

We use closed vehicles (vans) so that personal effects are not visible to the public

We are Licensed Waste Carriers and registered with the Environment Agency. Environment Agency Registration/Certificate No TSE/388885
